Sagiv Lustig, CEO
Sagiv brings to ColoRight over 15 years of managerial experience with international
firms as well as a strong business development orientation. Prior to joining ColoRight,
Sagiv served as Managing Director for Xerox Corp.'s Israeli operations. Sagiv also
served as chairman of eGlue, a provider of electronic performance support systems
(EPSS) for top-tier call centers worldwide. Sagiv has an MBA as well as a BA in
Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Effy Miklatzky, VP Research & Development
Effy brings to ColoRight more than 20 years of experience developing interdisciplinary
advanced products at a number of high-tech companies. Prior to joining ColoRight,
Effy managed the Physics Department at Applied Materials Israel Before that Effy
was Director of R&D at Negevtech, where he headed the development of Negev 3500,
an optical inspection tool for the semiconductor industry., and served as Product
manager at R&D at Creo. Effy maintains a proven track record in the development
of complex capital equipment for the printing, PCB and semiconductor industries,
and has led highly qualified teams comprised of scientists, engineers and algorithm
experts. Effy has an MSc in Physics (magna cum laude) from the Weizmann Institute
of Science and a BSc in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude).

Yair Goldfinger, Chairman
Yair is a passionate supporter of, and investor in, Israel's high-tech industry.
Co-founder of ICQ, the world's first provider of an Internet-wide instant messaging
(IM) application (which was acquired by AOL in 1998), Yair also served as the Company's
CTO, during which time he was credited with IM's development. Yair has a BA in Mathematics
and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, and was awarded the Wharton Infosys
Business Transformation Award in 2005.
Michel Mercier, Founder and Director, Professional Applications
Adviser
ColoRight's founder and initiator of its technological concept, Michel is a leading
figure in the international hairstyling industry. Leveraging domain expertise and
experience as a hairstyling application adviser, Michel owns the Michel Mercier
Hair Design chain of salons and Michel Merciel Hairstyling College, and has been
involved in a number of international professional hair styling activities. These
activities include serving as a presenter on behalf of hair color manufacturers,
and participating in the international Alternative Hair Show event. Michel is also
involved in several leading technological and commercial activities targeting the
beauty market.
Benny Landa, Director
Benny Landa is Chairman of Landa Ventures, a private investment firm which focuses
on promising Israeli technology companies. He is also Chairman and CEO of Landa
Labs, which develops nanotechnology in the alternative energy field. Mr. Landa is
the founder of Indigo, which, with annual revenues of some $1 billion, is the world
market leader in the commercial digital printing field. Mr. Landa served as Indigo's
CEO and Chairman until its 2002 acquisition by Hewlett-Packard.
Mimi Sela, Director
Mimi Sela is CEO of Landa Ventures, a private investment firm which focuses on promising
Israeli technology companies. Prior to the 2003 founding of Landa Ventures, Ms.
Sela was, for six years, Corporate Vice President of Strategic Alliances of Indigo,
responsible for the Company's alliances strategy, which culminated in its $800 million
acquisition by Hewlett-Packard. Ms. Sela is also the founder of MS Communications,
one of Israel's leading public relations companies specializing in strategic business
consulting for top-tier global companies.
